The faculty of Dance Factory are professionally trained dancers, teachers, and choreographers, chosen for their positive and upbeat approach to teaching and their ability to instill a love of dance in every student.

Class Placement

Student placement is determined solely by the director according to students' ability and age. If at any time , a student  is determined to be enrolled at an incorrect level, he/she will be moved to an appropriate class. 

Dance Factory offers a variety of classes for boys and girls ages 18 months through adult for both recreational and competitive dancers. Classes are conveniently scheduled to fit your busy lifestyle.

In addition to our dance classes, we also offer Birthday Parties, Ballroom Classes for children and adults, Wedding Dance,  Performing Dance Team, Competition Dance Team, Zumba, and Yoga.

Class  Levels 

Beginner: Basic technique, limited class work. All students in First Steps Program are considered beginners. Students ages 7-10 are mostly at beginner level. Some intermediate work begins here.

Intermediate: Technique becomes considerably more intensified, terminology and execution more stylized and refined.

Advanced: Superior technical skill, musicality, emotional connectivity, as well as artistry. Ability to learn quickly and facilitate technical and artistic skills. Strong knowledge of body placement, terminology, and musicality is required. Note: At times age and/or ability levels are mixed together to produce a layered effect choreographically. In such cases, a class may be Beg/Int or Int/Adv. In addition, a student may be a beginner in one subject while at intermediate or advanced level in others. Each student's dance training will be planned based on the skills that he/she brings to the table, keeping his or her future goals and interests in mind.
