DRESS CODE: All students will come to class in clean, neat dancewear in good repair. This year we have simplified our dress code so that students taking multiple classes will match all requirements. Girls hair will be up, and pulled back from the face- bun preferred. Boys, hair neat and off the face, please. Good hygiene is a must in all classes!
BODYWEAR: ALL GIRLS
Plain Black leotard with pink tights.
BODYWEAR: ALL BOYS:
White tee-shirt, black sweatpants.
No jewelry. No hoodies, sweaters, sweats, wind pants, tees, coats, legwarmers etc.
SHOES:
Creative w ballet, Fairytale dance: pink ballet slippers.
Creative with tap: pink ballet slippers & white tie on tap (with elastic)
Kinder Combo w/tap: pink ballet slippers/ white tie on tap (with elastic)
Kinder Combo w/jazz: pink ballet slippers
Tap classes- Teen/Company : GIRLS beige slip on boot. BOYS: black oxford.
Jazz- Teen/Company: GIRLS: beige slip on boot. BOYS: black slip on boot.
Hip Hop: (Payless) black lo-cut sneaker - unisex (BOYS & GIRLS). (for dance class only)
Ballet-Teen/ Company : GIRLS pink canvas. BOYS: black canvas.
Technique/ Contemporary/Lyrical: GIRLS & BOYS - Foot Undies- nude.
Adult Tap: Women - beige heel - Men - black oxford
EXCEPTIONS:
HIP HOP: Style it out. No Outside Shoes. Sweats, cargo pants, basketball shorts booty shorts, tanks tees, and hoodies are all acceptable in hip hop class.
ADULTS: dress comfortably in clothes that allow you to move.
ALL STUDENTS: ONCE A MONTH - TUITION WEEK ONLY (Please see calendar) - WE WILL HAVE COLOR WEEK - YOU MAY WEAR ANY COLOR LEOTARD THAT YOU LIKE! BOYS MAY WEAR ANY COLOR TEE/ SWEATS.
